About Me
"Hi, I’m Helen.
I’ve worked as a freelance hairdresser for over 10 years and discovered my love of occasion hair early on, which lead me to specialising in Bridal. Being part of the HE team means I get to do what I love alongside ladies that are hugely talented and share my passion of creating gorgeous modern bridal hairstyles. We also all believe it’s not just the gorgeous hair that’s important in what we offer, but the tailored and caring service which ensures the experience is a really enjoyable element of the wedding preparations.
Holly encourages and supports us all to be the best Bridal artists we can be, through her expert training and eye for design, and so when I’m not doing Bridal parties’ wedding hair, I love spending time in Holly’s studio getting creative with the team.
I got married to my husband, Jonny, back in 2017 in Italy, which taught me a thing or two about creating magical wedding experiences, and my aim is to inject a little of that magic and calming Italian style when working with our Brides. Jonny and I have been blessed with 2 children – a sassy little girl Bonnie and a cheeky little boy Orson, whom are our world (and keep us on our toes!)
The thing I love most about being an artist for Holly Edmonds Hair Artistry, is the feeling that you’ve made a real difference to one of the happiest days in someone’s life - it's a privilege to be part of such a special occasion.

"We have just got back from our honeymoon and received our official wedding photos so we are reflecting on what a special day it was from start to finish.
A huge thank you to Helen; she listened so carefully to my vision for my hair at the trial appointment and was able to create it perfectly. Her home studio is extremely comfortable and relaxing and it felt like a spa day just sitting there having my hair styled and chatting away about my upcoming wedding. My bridesmaids opted not to have trials so it was even more impressive that Helen was able to create the requested up-do for them with only 45 minutes each on the morning of.

Helen turned up so early in the morning with a huge, genuine smile on her face - we felt like she was just as excited as us for me to get married, she joined in with all the banter and general girly excitement. She created perfect hairstyles for myself and my bridesmaids and everyone's hair stayed in place right until the end of the night even through all the dancing! The whole process, from booking initial consultation through to saying goodbye was professional, seamless and stress-free and I cannot thank you enough for that.
